The TAPACOM office will be closed Monday, September 1 for the Labor Day holiday. The network will still be monitored and emergencies will be handled appropriately. To report problems check the contact page.

Summary (web server log reporting) has been moved to a new machine on the TAPACOM network. The reports for all but nine TAPACOM web hosting clients have been successfully migrated. The nine with problems exhibit either 1) no reports, or 2) no reports after August 9, 2008.
The problem is currently being worked on and a resolution is expected before the end of the month.

The dot one update for WordPress 2.6 was released a few days ago. It is not a “critical-required” upgrade. But, it won’t hurt to be current. More information and the download here.

TAPACOM has instituted a new support program effective this month. The key change is that clients hosting their web sites under the TAPACOM Hoku and Big Kahuna plans are provided one hour of support each month. Support services include web site updates, structural changes, programming, etc.
Wiki Wiki hosted web sites are not included in this support program.
