TAPACOM provides support for Internet services hosted on the TAPACOM network: web sites, databases, storage, virtual stores, email, lists, etc.
Support Hours
9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (excludes State, Federal and designated holidays)
Outside of regular hours, critical needs support is provided at priority billing rates.

Support Agreement
Web Hosting Accounts
Includes one hour of support each month. Services include web site updates to content, structural changes, programming, design, development, account and server configuration changes. Regular production rates apply after the first hour. Unused time is not carried forward.
TAPACOM does not provide support for services hosted on other networks. And TAPACOM does not provide support for issues on client machines and user applications.
